1. Presentation
The Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver company is a private chauffeur company that can be consulted on the website: https://presti-driver.fr/ with chauffeur-driven transport vehicles (VTC), at a fixed price known in advance, exclusively on reservation and at a previously defined price.
The head office of Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver is located at 31 rue Vieille Voie, 44110 Châteaubriant.
The company Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver is registered in the Trade Register under the number 84787455900010 and in the Register of Operators of Car Transport with Driver of the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Sea, under the number EVTC 044190015.
2. Object
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the conditions applicable to requests for transport services concluded between Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver and the client.
By using the services of Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver, the client is presumed to have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them.
3. Rules of the races
Payment by clients must be made 15 days before the start date of the mission.
Payment methods accepted: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) via a secure payment link (Stripe) by e-mail or SMS after acceptance of the quote, or by bank transfer, or directly on the Prestidriver mobile application.
4. Rates Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver
Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver sets the price of the service in accordance with the information provided by the Client. The prices indicated in our tariffs include VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations in force for the transport services (10% for transfers, 20% for the provision of services), the driver service, the fuel and the unlimited insurances of the transported persons, the tolls are included in the transport. The service does not include parking fees and, if necessary, hotel accommodation for the driver. Fares are available on request or on the mobile application by entering your departure and destination addresses on the simulator.
Single trip
- Sedan from 25 EUR / 2,00€ per km with a minimum of 25€ in advance booking and 30€ minimum in instant booking.
- Van 7 passengers from 50 EUR / 2,50 EUR per km with a minimum of 50€ in advance booking and 60€ minimum in instant booking.
- Van 8 passengers from 50 EUR / 2,60 EUR per km with a minimum of 50€ in advance booking and 60€ minimum in instant booking.
5. Provision / Transfer
TRANSFER:
The transfer service begins at the customer’s pick-up address and ends when the customer arrives at the agreed upon address.
Any overrun of the route provided for in the booking form is added to the price of the journey previously fixed with the rates and commissions of Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver.
AVAILABILITY :
The transportation is in limited mileage within the framework of provision to the hour:
- 35 kilometers for 1 hour,
- 175 kilometers for 5 hours of availability.
Any hour started is due in full. Any overrun of the route provided for in the booking form is added to the price of the journey previously fixed with the rates and commissions of Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver.
6. Reservation and Cancellation
1. RESERVATION
Any reservation of a car with driver is booked at least 2 hours in advance via the website: https: //presti-driver.fr/ or on the mobile application Prestidriver or by phone according to the availability of drivers for instant booking.
The order is deemed concluded once the race has been validated by Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver by e-mail, SMS or by phone call or on the mobile application. Otherwise, it is automatically null and void.
2. CANCELLATION:
A reservation for a transfer can be cancelled by the client, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation form, by e-mail only at contact@presti-driver@.fr, directly on the mobile application or by phone at +33 6 37 35 24 89
For Sedan services:
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 12 hours before the pick-up time
- 80% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 4 hours before the pick-up time.
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before the pick-up time.
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the pick-up time.
For services in Van:
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 96 hours before the pick-up time
- 80% refund if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the pick-up time.
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the pick-up time.
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
A minimum of 7 days must elapse before a reservation can be made for the provision of a car or van to qualify for a refund.
7. Price increase / delay
Any delay of the passenger(s) in relation to the pick-up time indicated on the reservation form will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the client warns the driver or Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver by telephone at 06.37.35.24.89, according to the following terms and conditions:
- The customer has 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport and train station.
- The customer has 15 minutes of free waiting time for the other races.
More than 15 minutes late: 10 euros
More than 30 minutes late: 25 euros
- For each additional half hour of delay: 25 euros
Payment of these surcharges shall be made no later than the time the passenger(s) board the vehicle.
In case of absence of the customer on the place of the appointment, beyond the first 15 minutes free, without any demonstration of its share, nor of answer to the telephone call of the driver, the service will be definitively lost, without possibility of postponement and without being able to claim with any refunding.
8. Quality of service
The transport of people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service:
- With a professional card issued by the prefecture and affixed to the windscreen of the vehicle while on duty.
- With a certificate of registration issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Bureau of the organization of road transport of passengers / VTC pole.
- With a registration badge affixed to the lower left front of the windscreen and the lower right rear window of the vehicle.
- With professional liability insurance.
- With a traffic liability insurance with the mention “Transport for consideration”.
- With a medical examination valid for 5 years and renewed on time followed by a certificate from the prefecture.
Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver undertakes to provide or arrange for the provision of transport services in accordance with the booking form and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force.
9. Responsibilities
Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver is guaranteed by a solvent insurance company that covers the risks associated with its activity in accordance with the regulations in force. MMA contract n° 000000145350785.
In the event of a dispute, the responsibility of the company Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver can only be retained on the condition that the customer and the driver provide proof of wrongful conduct on the part of the company and a causal link with the alleged damage.
10. Responsibility of the driver and the persons transported
The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.
The client undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver as soon as he is picked up, in particular, to respect the driver and the transport equipment as well as the following provisions:
- Respect of the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat …),
- No smoking, no eating (except with the driver’s consent) and no transport of dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop on the way.
- It is forbidden to consume alcohol on board the vehicle unless previously agreed with Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver.
- Luggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the client. The Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver company cannot be held responsible in case of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (telephone, tablet etc).
- Any damage to the vehicle, due to the customer, will be fully charged to him.
- For all other damages resulting in the immobilization of the vehicle: Invoicing at actual cost + Immobilization costs + Loss of turnover over an average of the last 3 months. In case of damage leading to a cancellation of the following service, a fixed price of 200,00€ will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card.
- The cleaning in case of vomiting will be charged 200,00€ TTC in addition to the service payable immediately by CB.
- Small pets are accepted, provided they are in a carrier bag. Large service dogs are allowed.
Failure to comply with these provisions shall engage the exclusive responsibility of the client and passengers with regard to Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver and third parties. The company Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver, declines any responsibility concerning the actions of its customer before and after its transport.
Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver reserves the right to refuse to take charge of a passenger who does not respect these obligations as well as an alcoholic passenger.
11. Claims
Any complaint is admissible within 5 days, by e-mail of the execution of the transport service concerned. Any dispute shall be referred to the courts of the place of the head office of the Loire Atlantique Presti’Driver company.
