We recommend a minimum of 24 hours before travel, but we suggest you make your booking as soon as you have planned your journey in case we have a busy period.

Yes, in accordance with the law, we do not allow children to sit on their parents’ laps.
A car seat or booster adapted to the age of your children will be provided free of charge.

Yes, Lightning cables for iPhone, USB and USB-C are available on board our vehicles.
Absolutely, free of charge to all our customers.

The maximum legal age for vehicles in our profession is 7 years.
At Presti’Driver our saloon cars have an average age of 2-3 years and our Mercedes vans are brand new from the end of 2023.
Yes, you can choose between Saloon and Van, then you can tell us whether you want a Mercedes E-Class for a Saloon or a Mercedes V-Class for a Van.
If you do not specify, we will place an available vehicle by default.
All vehicles are checked after each journey.
The exterior is also washed very regularly.

The driver will always text you just before your flight lands.
By default, it will be waiting for you outside the terminal in the professional car park, or if you prefer, inside the airport just after baggage reclaim with a touch-sensitive tablet bearing your name or company logo.
Yes, we will monitor your flight and do our best to arrive as early as possible according to our schedule.
